Common questions

I merged the wrong contacts. Open the History tab, tap the merge and tap Undo. The kept card gets its earlier details back and the merged cards are added back.

How does it decide what's a duplicate? Cards with the same full name, the same phone number (last 10 digits) or the same email address are grouped. You always review a group before merging, and can leave out any card.

Why aren't all my contacts checked? If you chose limited access, Contacts Cleaner sees only the contacts you shared. Tap Share More Contacts on the Issues tab, or allow full access in Settings.

Is there a limit? The free version allows 5 merges or deleted contacts a day. Contacts Cleaner Pro removes the limit. Undo is always free.

How do I restore Contacts Cleaner Pro on a new iPhone? Open Contacts Cleaner Pro from the More tab and tap Restore.

How do I cancel Contacts Cleaner Pro? In Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Contacts Cleaner Pro.
